WMD Benelux’s first annual User Forum was held on 16th of June in Antwerp, Belgium.

For all accounts, the first user Forum was a tremendous success with almost 50 participants representing 18 companies using WMD’s innovative solutions to manage their Purchase to Pay processes for SAP. The User Forum is a two-way communication platform to facilitate the flow of information and ideas between xFlow users, their peers, and the WMD team.

• To inform you about the most recent and available functionalities today with the objective to solve existing or anticipated business limitations within your current environment
• To encourage and promote an open dialogue with and between our customers, with the goal to improve our understanding of your ever-changing needs and to stimulate the general process required to successfully address these needs
• To gain an outstanding understanding of the various challenges faced by you in your daily jobs and to contribute wherever possible in order to improve the efficiency and limit the costs through software automation and through business process understanding.

In retrospect, the User Forum turned out to deliver exactly those outcomes, as many ideas and suggestions were voiced and taken account of. The User Forum also exemplified the substantial progress WMD Benelux has accomplished as a reliable and innovative software vendor over the past 3 years. A look around the auditorium was enough to acknowledge the impressive collection of highly regarded companies and organizations we may now call our customers.

Over and above the latter, the User Forum turned out to be a particularly stimulating and fun environment, aided by excellent food and a very sunny day indeed overseeing the Schelde river.
