WMD allows SAP users to release invoices via Smartphone - xFlow Mobile complements WMD Vertrieb GmbH's xFlow Invoice workflow for invoice releases with a new module for the mobile release of invoices in SAP

June 2010 - With the new release 4.1.6 of WMD's xFlow Invoice solution xFlow, customers can now also release their invoices via Smartphone. The add-on product xFlow Mobile with its mobile accessibility ensures that in-voices can be verified and released at any time and place.

The xFlow Mobile user interfaces were specifically adapted to provide best operating conditions and navigation comfort for Smartphones. This solution works with all cur-rent model types. The user can verify, transmit, release and attach comments to in-voices, view invoice-relevant data and access the invoice image. This is more convenient for your field and office staff and thus constitutes another step towards securing discounts.

The automatic release of invoices via mobile Internet access significantly reduces process runtimes, making it highly efficient for both users and companies. The new xFlow Mobile add-on product for the release of invoices has been available since 1 June 2010. Registered xFlow Invoice customers can easily integrate the product into their existing xFlow basis application. Product costs are not user-dependant and only due once per company.

From October 2010 onwards, xFlow Mobile will also be available for the WMD procurement solution xFlow Procurement. This will allow procurement staff to release purchase order items via Smartphone when their supervisor is out of office, e.g. on a business trip, and allow internal purchase requisitions from other departments to be signed and approved in the same way.
