 For all accounts, the first user Forum was a tremendous success with almost 50 participants representing 18 companies using WMD’s innovative solutions to manage their Purchase to Pay processes for SAP. The User Forum is a two-way communication platform to facilitate the flow of information and ideas between xFlow users, their peers, and the WMD team.

 June 2010 - WMD Benelux was selected to participate in the initiative of a local Dutch foundation known as "Stichting Waarborg E-factureren" (Foundation for the promotion of E-invoicing), which strives to promote knowledge and adoption of e-invoicing and finance process automation. The latter is achieved by independently verifying that the member organizations adhere to the agreed principles.

| CWS-boco implements ECM and invoice processing - distributed throughout Europe and centrally controlled with SAPERION and WMD xFlow® |
 CWS-boco, the hygiene specialist, has been using a combined system since 2009. This brings together the benefits of IRISXtractTM, WMD xFlow Invoice and SAPERION’s ECM suite for SAP-integrated extraction, processing and archiving of incoming invoices. It is an ambitious IT project with a very wide-ranging perspective, because the long-term plan is for all European CWS-boco subsidiaries to use this system. It will be centrally managed from the computer centre in Hamburg and virtualised via Citrix clients. This arrangement provides for the SAPERION ECM suite with its multi-client capability and unlimited scalability to be used as a central repository for invoices. CWS-boco installed SAPERION in several locations throughout Europe as early as 2004, thereby enabling distributed access to a wide range of documents. By choosing WMD Vertrieb GmbH as prime contractor for the current project, CWS-boco has opted for a system partner possessing many years of experience with similarly demanding installations and offering a holistic DMS and process solution with SAP integration as a one-stop service.

| Panasonic standardises invoice processing throughout Europe with WMD xFlow® |
 Since 2008/2009 Panasonic Europe Ltd., the world’s leading manufacturer of electronic consumer products, has been using an SAP-based workflow, developed by WMD (Workflow Management & Document Consulting), at its locations throughout Europe. WMD xFlow Invoice is used for electronic processing of previously paper-based incoming invoices and credit notes. More than 800 users now validate easily and quickly about 75,000 invoices a year.
